How to Clear the Cache in Oracle EBS R12


Most of the time when we sort some of the changes in OAF forms, but the problem is that the page is already stored in the cache but doesn’t show the changes that you sort / make on the screen. Whenever you will face this kind of problem, you should need to clear the cache. In five steps you can easily to do it.

To clear the cache, perform the following steps:
👉 Login to Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with Username and Password .

👉 Search Functional Administrator ( or through System Administrator), Click on it.

👉  Now the new screen will be open, Click on Core Services Tab and then Click Caching Framework Sub Tab. 

👉 Click on Global Configuration link.
 
 
 
 
 
   
 
👉 Now in this window you need to clear both Clear All Statistics and Clear All Cache.
   ðŸ‘‰ First click on Clear All Statistic then Click Yes Button.
   ðŸ‘‰ Secondly click on Clear All Cache then Click Yes Button.
   ðŸ‘‰ Finally Click on Apply button.
